PR Training

We do our long runs/walks on Saturdays, and are open to anyone who would like to join us. Check www.runprtraining.com for time/location. Many runners/walkers are training for the Fort 4 Fitness half marathon or 4 mile in September. For a brochure of the 14 week class offered starting in June visit www.runprtraining.com.  Team in Training

The Leukemia & Lymphona Society's Team in Training is the world's largest endurance sports training program. Most runners are beginners, but any level of runner or walker is welcome. New Haven

Born to Run – BTR – Distance Training Group   Meets Dec. - May

BTR is a group that meets at various locations around the Ft. Rats in Training 2008 -- Train for the River City Rat Race

The initial meeting will be Aug 25th, 2008 @ 6:30pm at the Central YMCA located at 1020 Barr St. Our first running session will begin Tuesday, Aug 26th. The group will meet once a week (on Tuesdays) at the Central YMCA. The first time the group will run/walk one mile and build up to the 5k (3.1 miles) or 10k (6.2 miles) distance. Chain-O-Lakes State Park - Dock Lake, Albion, IN

Carpool or meet at boat launch, Dock Lake at 6:30pm. Join us on Wednesday evenings except the 2nd Wed of every month. Annual DNR 200 Permit to gain access to park is $36.

Train with experienced trail runners on easy (Trail 7) and moderate (Trails 1 & 2) - no experience necessary. Dark hours, flashlight or headlamps required. Run/Walk trail 1(1.5 miles); trail 2(1.0 mile); trail 7(1.8 miles).  Be sure to call or email for any updates.
